NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 1st June 1975
G.S.R. 314(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 6 of the Bengal Finance (Sales Tax) Act, 1941 (Beng.Ll Act 6 of 1941), as in force in the Union territory of Delhi, the Central Government hereby makes, with effect from the 1st of June, 1975, the following further amendment in the Second Schedule to the said Act, the same having been notified in the Official Gazette for giving previous notice of its intention to do so, as required by the said sub-section, namely :—
In the said Schedule, for items 12 and 16-a, the following items shall respectively be substituted, namely :—
"12. Fresh milk (whole or separated) including boiled and sugared milk.";
"16-a. Dahi and Lassi."

(I) in line 1 of the Proviso to sub-para (X) of Para 3 read the word "his" JOT the word "this";
(ii) in line 3 of para 5 read the woids '"from time to time," for the words 'from to time,".
