SUBJECT.—Import Policy for Registered Exporters for April 1975—March 1976.
No. 40-ITC (PN)/75.—Attention is invited to the Import Policy for Registered Experters as contained in the Import Trade Control Policy(Red Book-Vol. II) for the period April 1975— March I976, published under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 21-ITC(PN)/75 dated 7-4-1975.
2. The following amendments may be made at the appropriate places indicated below:—

This provision is inter, d- ed only for the purpose of allowing nominations in favcur of indigenous manufacturers and for such other benefits us may be available to such rmriu- facturers for supplies made by them under approved arrange- ments.
(To be allowed with- in the overall per- missible CIF value of Polyester fibre).
3. The Import Policy for Registered Exporters for April 1975-March 1976 may be detmed to have been amended accordingly.
