G.S.R. 320(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of clause (m) of Section 2 of the Coal Mines (Nationalisation) Act. 1973 (26 of 1973), the Central Government hereby specifies the 1st day of November, 1975 as the specified date for the purpose of Section 20 of (he said Act.
