NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th June 1975
G.S.R. 321(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), read with sub-clause (ii) of clause (b) of subsection (1) of Section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri T. C. Dutt, Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Expenditure), New Delhi, as a Director on the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India vice Shri S. K. Ghose and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food), No. G.S.R. 37, dated the 2nd January, 1965, namely :—
In the said notification, for entry (3), the following entry shall bo substituted, namely :—
