New Delhi, the 7th June 1975
No. DRAWBACK/PN-52/75.—Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties
Drawback Rules, 1971, (Notification No. 52/F. No. 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette
of India, Extraordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971) the Central Government hereby makes the
following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. Drawback/PN-I dated
the 15th October, 1971:—
I. For item (ii) of Sub-Serial No. 1702 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be
substituted:—
(ii) Cinema films exposed black and white Rs. 12. 50 (Rupees twelve and pulse fifty
only) per one hundred linear Metre*.
II. In the column 'Rate of Drawback' for Sub-Serial NOS. 1925, 1937, 1928 and 1929,
the following rate of drawback shall be substituted :—

(1) Rayon tyres from sizes Rs, o-80 (Eighty paise only) per kg.
with sectional width of 2- 50 upto and including 6- 70
(2) Rayon tyres from sizes with Rs. o- 84 (Eighty four paise only) per kg.

(3) BUTYL tubes excluding Rs. i- 69 (Rupee one and paise sixty nine
tubes manufactured from only) per kg. natural raw rubber or indigenous synthetic rubber or cycle tubes.

kg. (5) Tread rubber (all si2eB) . Rs. 0-30 (Thirty paise only) per kg,
IV. In the column 'Rate of drawback' against Sub-item (b) of item (i) of Sub-Serial No. 2203J the following rate of drawback shall be substituted, namey :—
Rs. 85- 30 (Rupees eighty five and paise thirty only) per 100 square metres.
V. For the existing Sub-Serial No. 3202 and the entries relating thereto, the following shal te substituted:— M
3202 Asbestos Cement products . Rs. 946-00 (Rupees nine hundred forty six only) per tonne of Asbestos Content and Rs. 54* 80 (Rupees fifty four and paiie eighty only) per tonne of cement content.
VI. Under the Column ' Rate of drawback' against Sub-Serial No. 3822, the following rate f drawback shall be substituted, namely :—
Rs. 2-20 (Rupees two and paise twenty only) per kg.
