New Delhi, the 10th June 1975S.R.O. 21-E.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (-1) of section 2 of the Armed Forces (Emergency Duties) Act, 1947 (15 of 1947), the Central Government hereby declares the service of the employees of the Bihar State Electricity Board to be a service of vital importance to the community.
