G.S.R. 331 ( E) /Esg.Com./Sugar . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 15 of the Sugar (Control ) Order , 1966 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Food ), No. G.S.R. 213 (E) /Ess.Com./Sugar, dated the 28th March , 1972 , namely :-
In the said notification , against item ( ix ) , in sub - item ( a) , for the words 'Laccadive , Minicoy and Amindivi Islands' , the words ' Union Territory of Lakshadweep ' shall be substituted .

मंत्रालय ( खाद्य विभाग ) को अधिसूचना सं ० मा ० का ० नि ० 213 ( ई ) आ ० वे ०/ शर्करा तारीख 28 मार्च, 1972 मे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:--
उस अधिसूचना में , मद ( ix ) के सामने , उन मद ( क ) में "लकाद्वीप , मिनिकोय और अनोनदशेत्रो द्वो।तनूह" शब्दों के स्थान पर " लक्षद्वीप संघ राज्यक्षेत्र " गब्द वे जाएंगे ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 11 of the Sugarcane (Control ) Order , 19661966 , the Central Government hereby makesma the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food, Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation ( Department of Food ) , No. G.S.R. 1127/ Ess.Com ./Sugarcane , dated the 16th July , 1966 , namely :-
In the said notification , for the word ' Mysore ' the word 'Karnataka ' shall be substituted .

सा० का ० ति० 332 / ( अ ) / श्रावश्यक वस्तु/ गन्ना शर्करा ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश, 1966 के खण्ड 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व खाद्य , कृषि , सामुदायिक विकास और सहकारिता मंत्रालय ( खाद्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० सा ० का ० नि ० 1127/ आवश्यक वस्तु / शर्करा , तारीख 16 जुलाई, 1966 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:--
उक्त अधिसूचना में , ' मैसूर ' शब्द के स्थान पर 'कर्नाटक ' शब्द रखा जाएगा ।

सॉ ० का ० नि ० 333 ( श्र ) श्रावश्यक वस्तु/ शर्करा. शर्करा ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1966 के खण्ड 15 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व खाद्य , कृषि, सामुदायिक विकास और सहकारिता मंत्रालय (खाद्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० सा ० का ० नि ० 1291/ श्रवशांक वस्तु/ शर्करा , 24 अगस्त, 1967 में निम्नलिखित संशाधन करती है, अर्थात -
उक्त अधिसूचना में , 'मसूर' शब्द के स्थान पर 'कर्नाटक ' शब्द रखा जाएगा ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 4 of the Gur ( Regulation of Use) Order , 1968 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India , in the late Ministry of Food , Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Food) , No. G.SR. 993 / Ess.Com ./Gur , dated the 23rd May , 1968 , namely :-
In the said notification , for the word 'Mysore' wherever it occurs , the word 'Karnataka' shall be substituted,

सा० का ० मि० 334 ( श्र ) / श्रावश्यक वस्तु/ गुड़.- गुड ( उपयोग का विनियमन ) अादेश, 1968 के खण्ड 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व खाद्य , कृषि , सामुदायिक विकास और सहकारिता मंत्रालय ( खाद्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० सा ० का० नि० 993/ आवश्यक वस्तु गुड़ , तारीख 23 मई , 1964 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात
उक्त अधिसूचना में, ' मैसुर ' शब्द के स्थान पर जहां कहीं भी वह भाया है, 'कर्नाटक' शब्द रखा जाएगा ।
