ORDER

New Delhi, the 11th June 1975

S.O. 261(E)/15/IDRA-75.-la exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development, No, S.O. 551(E)/15/IDRA/73, dated the 17th October, 1973, namely:—

In the said Order, (i) under the heading "Chairman", for S. No. 1 and the entry relating thereto, the following S. No. shall be substituted, namely :—

"1. Shri K. N. Ramaswamy,

Industrial Adviser, Directorate General of Technical Development, New Delhi."

(ii) under the heading "Members", serial No. 4 and the entry relating thereto shall be omitted.
