MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND IRRIGATION (Department of Food) NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the nth June 1975

G.S.R. 335(E)/Ess. Com./Sugarcane.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 3 of the Sugarcane (Control) Order, 1966, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Food) No. GSR 406(E)/ Ess.Com./Sugarcane, dated the 30th September, 1974, namely:—

In the Schedule to the said notification,—

(i) under the heading 'Maharashtra', against serial number 13, for the entry in column 2, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:—

"Belapur Sugar and Allied Industries Limited, P.O. Kolhapur, District Kolhapur.";

(ii) under the heading 'Karnataka', against serial number 5, for the entry in column 2, the following entry shall be substituted, namely;—

"The Kampli Cooperative Sugar Factory Limited, Kampli, P.O. Kumpli Sugar Factory, Bellary District. [No. 3-8/73-SPY] S. V. SAMPATH, Jt. Secy.
