G.S.R. 337(E) —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (2, of Section 6 of the Bengal Finance (Sales Tax) Act, 1941 (Bengal Act 6 of 1941), as in force in the Union territory of Delhi, the Central Government hereby gives notice of its, intention to make, with effect from the 14th July, 1975, the following further amendment in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely :—
