NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th June 1975
S.O. 265(E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, namely ;—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Amendment Rules, 1975.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, under the heading "MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS", for the existing entries against S. No. 4, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:—
"4. Indo-Tibetan Border Police Commandant (Staff)/Senior Administrative
