S.O. 266 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (5 ) of Scion 5 of the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance Act , 1971 ( 50 of 1971 ) , the Central Gernment hereby makes the following scheme further to amend the Emergency Ris ( Goods ) Insurance Scheme published with the notification of the Government of Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) , No. S.O. 5- 10th December , 1971 , namely :- in the ted the
1. ( 1 ) This scheme may be called the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Ins Amendment ) , Scheme , 1975 . Second
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of July , 1975.
2. In the Emergency Risks (Goods ) Insurance Scheme, in p .. in sub- paragraph ( 1 ) —
(i) for the figures , letters and words " 30th day of June , 1975 " and words " 30th day of September , 1975 " shall be saberit Ictters

(ii) in clause (A) for the figures , letters and words " 31st day of March , 1975 " the figures, letters and words " 30th day of June , 1975 " shall be substituted.

फा ० श्रा ० 266 ( अ) -आपात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा श्रधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971 का 50 ) की धारा 5 की उपधारा ( 5 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व और बोमा विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० श्र ० 5483 तारीख 10 दिसम्बर, 1971 के साथ प्रकाशित श्रापात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा स्कीम में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित स्कीम बनाती है , अर्थात्:--
1. ( 1 ) इस स्कीम का नाम आपात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा ( द्वितीय संशोधन ) स्कीम, 1975 है ।
( 2 ) यह 1 जुलाई, 1975 को प्रवृत्त होगी ।
2. श्रापात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा स्कीम में , पैरा 10 में, पैरा ( 1 ) में-
( i) 30 जून , 1975 अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर , " 30 सितम्बर , 1975" अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ;
( ii) खण्ड ( क ) में, " 31 मार्च , 1975 अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर , " 30 जून , 1975 अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 6 ) of Section 3 of the Emergency Risks ( Undertakings ) Insurance Act , 1971 ( 51 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following scheme further to amend the Emergency Risks (Undertakings ) Insurance Scheme published with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance ) , No. S.O. 5486, dated the 10th December , 1971 , namely :-
1. (1) This scheme may be called the Emergency Risks (Undertakings ) Insurance (Second Amendment ) Scheme , 1975 .
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of July, 1975 .
2. In the Emergency Risks ( Undertakings ) Insurance Scheme , in paragraph 8 , in sub -paragraph ( 1 ) ( i) for the figures , letters and words " 30th day of June , 1975 " the figures , letters and words " 30th day of September , 1975 " shall be substituted;
(ii) in clause ( a) for the figures , letters and words " 31st day of March , 1975" the figures , letters and words " 30th day of June , 1975 " shall be substituted .

का ० ग्रा ० 267 ( श्र ) -मापात जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा अधिनियम , 1971 (1971 का 51 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 6) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व और बीमा विभाग की अधिसूचना सं ० 5486 तारीख 10 दिसम्बर , 1971 के साथ प्रकाशित आपात जोखिम ( उप- क्रम ) बीमा स्कीम में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित स्कीम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इस स्क्रीम का नाम आपात जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा ( द्वितीय संशोधन ) स्कीम , 1975 है ।
( 2 ) यह 1 जुलाई, 1975 को प्रवृत्त होगी ।
2. आपात जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा स्कीम में, पैरा 8 में , उपपैरा ( 1 ) में-- (i) " 30 जून , 1975 अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर 30 सितम्बर , 1975" श्रंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे :
