New Delhi , the 21st June 1975
C.S.R. 339 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Government Savings Banks Act . 1873 ( 5 of 1873 ) and of all other powers hereunto enabling , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Post Office Savings Banks Rules , 1965 , namely :-
1. ( 1 ) Th - se rules may be called the Post Office Savings Banks ( Second Amendment) Rules , 1975 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette ,
2. In the Post Office Savings Banks Rules , 1965 , in the Table below rule 3 , in item(5 ) and the entries relating thereto:-
(a) ( i ) for the words " Provident Fund " , wherever they occur , except for the second time in the fifth column , the words " Provident Fund , Superannuation Fund word "Fund" shall be substituted;
(ii) for the words " Provident Fund " where they occur for the second time , the word "Fund " shall be substituted:
(b) the following Note shall be inserted at the end , namely:-
"NOTE . The rate of interest on a Superannuation Fund account or Gratuity Fund account shall be the same , as on a Provident Fund account , as may be announced by the Government from time to time. "

सा०का० नि० 339 श्र) . सरकारी बचत बैंक अधिनियम , 1873 ( 1873 का 5) की धारा 15 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों और इस निमित्त उसे समर्थ बनाने वालो अन्य राभी शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार डाक घर बचत बैंक नियम , 1965 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात् :--
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम डाक घर बचत बैंक ( द्वितीय संगोधन ) नियम, 1975 है ।
( 2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. डाक घर बचत बैंक नियम , 1965 में, नियम 3 के नीचे सारणी में, मद ( 5 ) और उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों में-
(क) ( i ) " भविष्य निधि" शब्दों के स्थान पर , पांचवें स्तम्भ में दूसरी बार आए " भविष्य निधि" शब्दों को छोड़कर , जहां कहीं भी वे आए हों, " भविष्य निधि , अधिर्षिता निधि या उपदान निधि" शब्द रखे जाएंगे ;
( ii) " भविष्य निधि " शब्दों के स्थान पर , महीं में द्वितीय बार आए हैं, "निधि" शब्द रखा जाएगा ;
(ख)
अन्त में निम्नलिखित टिप्पण अन्तःस्थारित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्
"टिप्पण-मधिवषिता निधि खाते या उरदान निधि खाते पर भ्याज की दर वही होगो जो भविष्य निधि खाते पर हो, जसी कि सरकार समय रामय-पर अभिप्रेत करे । "

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Government Savings Certificates Act , 1959 (46 of 1959 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Post Office Savings Certificates Rules , 1960 , namely:- 1. (1 ) These rules may be called the Post Office Savings Certificates ( Amendment) Rules , 1975 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In rule 5 of the Post Office Savings Certificates Rules . 1960 :---
(1) against item ( i) for the figure " 50,000 " , the figure " 75,000 " shall be substituted; (2) against item ( ii ) , for the figure " 1,00,000 " , the figure " 1,50,000 " shall be substituted.

सा ० का० नि ०340 ( श्र ) परकारी बचत पत्र अधिनियम , 1959 ( 1959का 49) की धारा 12 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार ड.क घः बचत पत्त्र नियम, 1960 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:--
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम डाक घर बचत पत्त्र ( संशोधन ) नियम, 1975 है ।
( 2 ) ये राजपत्त्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंने ।

2. डाक घर बचत पत्न नियम, 1960 के नियम 5 में-
( 1 ) मद ( i ) के शामने , " 50,000 " अंक के स्थान पर " 75,000 अंक रखा जाएगा ।
( 2 ) मद ( ii ) के गाभने , " 1,00,000 अंक के स्थान पर , " 1,50,000 " श्रंक रखा आएगा ।
