New Delhi, the 21st June 1975

S.O. 269(E).-In pursuance of Explanation to the First Schedule to the Produce Cess Act, 1966 (15 of 1966) read with Sub-section (2) of Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture) S.O. No. 370(E), dated the 20th June, 1974, the Central Government is pleased to fix, with effect from the 1st July, 1975, the tariff value in respect of Cashew Kernel at Rs. 1,300 per quintal for the year 1975-76.
