G. S. R. No. 344 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951 ) , read with sub - rule (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules , 1954 , the Central Government , in consultation with the Government of Kerala hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Regulations , 1955 , namely
1. ( 1 ) These regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Fifteenth Amendment Regulations , 1975 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Re gulations , 1955 , for the heading " Kerala " and the entries occurring thereunder , the following shall be substituted , namely :-

का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुये , केन्द्रीय सरकार, केरल सरकार के परामर्श से, भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( सवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम, 1955 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिये एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है , अर्थात् --
1. ( 1) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग सख्या का नियतन ) पन्द्रहवां संशोधन विनियम , 1975 है ।
( 2 ) ये राजपत्त में जनके प्रशासन की तारीख से प्रवृत होंगे ।
2. भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम , 1955 की अनुसूची में " केरल " शीर्षक और उसके नीचे आने वाली प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रति- स्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् : ---

केरल सरकार के परामर्श से , भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेत्तन ) नियम , 1954 में और श्रागे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा नियम निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:--
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) ग्यारवां संशोधन नियम , 1975 है ।
( 2 ) ये राजपत्त्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेत्तन ) नियम , 1954 में ,
" (क) "अनुसूची- III में क - राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा में समय वेतन मान के अधिक वेतन वाले पद सारणी में " केरल" के पहले कालम में उल्लिखित प्रविष्टियों तथा दूसरे और तीसरे कालमों में दी गई तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियो के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात :-
