G.S.R. 353(E).—The following Proclamation of Emergency by the President of India, dated the 25th June, 1975, is published for general information :—
'PROCLAMATION OF EMERGENCY'
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 332 of the Constitution, I, Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed, President of India, by this Proclamation declare that a grave emergency exists whereby the security of India is threatened by internal disturbance.
