ORDER
New Dell , the 28th , June , 1975
G.S.R. 363 ( E) - WHEREAS the Central Government considers it neces ary and expedient that special precautions should be taken to prevent the entry of unauthorised persons into certain places ;
NOW , THEREFORE , in exercise of the powers contened by rule 8 , read with rule 11 , of the Defence of India Rules , 1971 , the Central Government hereby declares the places specified in the Schedule hereto annexed to be protected places and directs that no person , who has not been issued with a permanent identity pass , by the Chairman , in the case of Delhi Milk Scheme , New Delhi , or the Oficer- on - Special Duty in the case of the New Dairy Plant of the Indian Dairy Corporation at Patpargun ) , Delhi , shall enter or be in , the protectedrotected place concerned without the previous permission , in writing , of the sand Chanman , of the Officer - on - Special Duty . as the case may be .

सा० का ० ति ० 363 ( न ) -यत केन्द्रीय सरकार यह जरूरी और कार्यसाधक समझती है कि अनधिकृत व्यक्तियों के कुछ जगहों में प्रवेश को रोकने के लिये विशेष पूर्वोपाय किये जाये ;
अब , अतः भारत रक्षा नियम , 1971. नियम 11 के माथ पठित नियम 8 द्वारा दी गयी शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये भारत सरकार यह घोषणा करती है कि इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची में बनायी गयी जगहे सुरक्षित जगहें होगी श्रीर निदेश देती है कि कोई भी व्यक्ति जिसके पास दिल्ली दुग्ध योजना. नई दिल्ली के मामले में बयरमैन या भारतीय डेरी निगरा की डेरी पटपड़गंज, दिल्ली के मामले में विशेष कार्य अधिकारीद्वारा जारी किया गया स्थायी पहचान-पाम न हो, पहले मे यथा स्थिति उक्त चेयरमैन या विशेष कार्य अधिकारी में मिली लिखित आज्ञा के त्रिमा संबंधित संरक्षित जगहों में न तो पत्रेश करेगा अथवा न वहां विद्यमान रहेगा ।
