ORDER
New Delhi, the 28th June 1975
S.O. 283(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Essential Commodities At, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers conferred on it by section 3 of the said Act to make orders to provide for matters specified in clauses (c), (d), (f), (h), (i) and (j) of sub-section (2) of that section shall, in relation to the cattle fodder of any of the varieties speci- fied in the Schedule hereto annexed, be exercisable also by the Government of Tamil Nadu in that State.
This order shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette of India and shall remain in force upto and inclusive of the 30th September, 1975.
