NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 30th June 1975
S.O. 284 (F ) .In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants ) Act , 1971 (40 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the officers of Korba Aluminium Project of the Bharat Aluminium Company Limited mentioned in column ( 1) of the Table below , being officers equivalent to the rank of Gazetted Officers of the Government , to be estate officers for the purposes of the said Act who shall xercise the powers corconferred and perform the duties imposed on estate officers by or under the said Act , within the limits of their jurisdiction specified in column ( 2) of the said Table in respect of the categories of public premises specified in column ( 3 ) thereof .

का ० श्रा ० 284 ( प्र) . सरकारी ( अप्राधिकृत अधिभोगियों की बेदखली ) अधिनियम, 1971 ( 1971 को 40 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में वर्णित भारत ऐल्यूमिनियम कम्पनी लिमिटेड की कोरबा ऐल्यूमिनियम परियोजना के अधिकारियों को, जो सरकार के राजपत्रित अधिकारियों की रैंक के समतुल्य अधिकारी हैं, उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ सम्पदा अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है जो उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट अपनी अधिकारिता की सीमाओं के भीतर उसके स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में विनिदिष्ट सरकारी स्थानों के प्रवर्गों की बाबत , उक्त श्रधि- नियम द्वारा या उसके अधीन सम्पदा अधिकारियों की प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगे और उन पर अधिरोपित कत्र्तव्यों का पालन करेंगे ।
