New Delhi, the 30th June 1975

S.O. 285(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government,, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance), No. 52-Customs, dated the. 6th April, 1972, namely:—

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters, and word "30th June, 1975", the figures, letters and word "30th June, 1976", shall be substituted. [No. 73/F.
