S.O. No. 293(E).—In pursuance of Clause 9 of the Aluminium (control) Order, 1970, the Central Government hereby authorises all the Gazetted Officers of the Central Excise Department of that Government not below the rank of a Superintendent, to exercise all the powers under the said clause.
