NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 1st July 1975

S.O.294 (E).—iln exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Road Transport Corporations Act, 1950 (64 of 1950), the CertralG o v e r n m e nthereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing), No. S.O.255(E), dated the 2nd May, 1973 namely ;—

In the said notification;—

(0 in the first paragraph, item (i) and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;

(II) in paragraph 2, for the words and letters "Shri Krishan Chand, Lt. Governor, Delhi", the words and letters "Shri A.N. Chawla" shall be substituted.
