NOTIFICATION
INCOME-TAX
New Delhi, the 1st July, 1975
S.O. No. 295(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 295 of the Income-tax Act 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Income-tax Rules, 1962, namely:—
1. These rules may be called the Income-tax (Second Amendment) Rules, 1975.
2. In sub-rule (2) of rule 67 of the Income-tax Rules, 1962—
(a) in clause (i), for the figures and words "45 per cent.", the figures and words "25 per cent." shall be substituted;
(6) after clause (iv), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:—
