S.O. 296(E).—In the English version of Notification No. S,O. 147(E), dated 20th March, 1975, the following corrections are made :—•
(i) Far the figure "Rs. 3,00,00/00" shown as authorised capital in Form-II, please read "Rs. 3,00,00,000"
(ii) For the word ''inclusivse" appealing) in line 3 of paragraph 1 of Form-II, please read "inclusive".
(iii) For the word "Ricardson" appearing at the top of the counterfoil of Form-II, please read "Richardson"
(iv) For "section 24" appearing in line 1 of para 2 of Form-Ill, please read "section 21".
