CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 4th July 1975
No. DRAWBACK/PN-54/75.—In the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-53/75, dated the 17th June, 1975, published in Part I, Section 1 of the Gazette of India Extra- ordinary, the Central Government hereby makes the following corrections therein:—
I. Under the Column description against sub-serial No. 1924, and after "Polystyrene- moulding powder" the following shall be inserted :
", Polyamide moulding powder"
It. In Clause (i) of sub-serial No. 1924 for the words 'acrylic moulding powder sheets etc' read 'Polystyrene moulding powder'.
III. The description of Clause (ii) of sub-serial No. 1924 shall be substituted by:—
"(ii) where plastic materials used do not include polystyrene moulding powder but include acrylic moulding powder, sheets etc "
IV. In sub-item (b) of item (III) of Sub-clause (I) of Clause (A) of sub-serial No. 2503 for 'Rs. 20 03 (Rupees twenty and paise three only) per kg.' read ' Rs. 20.08 (Rupees twenty and paise eight only) per kg.*.

VIII. Under tho column, Rate of drawback, against sub-serial No. 3640 (h) (ii) for 'Rs. 581.60 (Rupees five hundred eighty one and paise sixty only)' read 'Rs. 591.60 (Rupees five hundred ninety one and paise sixty only)'.

No. DRAW BACK/PN-55/75.—.Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No. 52-F. No. 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India, Extra ordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the table published in the Public Notice, No. DRAWBACK/ PN-I dated the 15th October, 1971 :—
For aub-serial No. 2205 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substi- tuted:—

Explanation:—(i) The rate under sub-serial N0.2205 is for 4mm thickness of plywood panels.
The rate shall be proportionately enhanced or reduced for other thickness.
(2) The drawback per 100 Square metres of glue line prescribed under sub-serial No. 2204 snail be allowed in addition to the rates prescribed under sub-6erial No. 2205.
