New Delhi , the 4th July , 1975
S.O. 310 ( E ) , Whereas the Central Government is satisfied with respect to the organisation' known as Jamaat- e - Islami - e - Jammu and Kashmir that it is an organisation which is , and whose members and the persons in control whereof are , Indulging in activities prejudicial to the internal security , the public safety and the maintenance of public order;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 33 of the Defence and Internal Security of India Rules , 1971 , the Central Govern- ment hereby directs that the said rule shall apply to the Jamaat- e - Islami- e - Jammu and Kashmir aforesaid .
