MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY & CIVIL SUPPLIES (Department of Industrial Development) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5th July, 1975
S.O. 313(E)|IDRA|10|75|2.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 10 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby specifies the class of undertakings mentioned in the Schedule to this notification for the purposes of the said sub- section and specifies a period of three months from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette as the period within which the owner of every industrial undertaking falling within any such class shall produce his certificate of registration for entering therein the productive capacity of the said industrial undertaking and other particulars referred to in that sub-section.
SCHEDULE
Undertakings pertaining to the following industries: —
(i) Leather footwear, (ii) Drugs and Pharmaceuticals, (iii) Cigarettes, (iv) Dyestuffs. (v) Soap. (vi) Cosmetics and Toilet preparations, (vii) Paints, Enamels and Varnishes, and
(viii) Matches.
