NOTIFICATIONS New Delhi, the 7th July 1975
S.O. 339(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 13B of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commis- sion hereby designates, in consultation with the Delhi Administration, the officer of Government specified in column 2 of the Table below as the Electoral Regis- tration Officer of the Parliamentary Constituency in the Union Territory of Delhi as determined by the Delimitation Commission In its Order No, 40, dated 28 April, 1975 and as specified in column 1 of the said Table against such officer.

SEC. 3(ii)] THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTKAORDINAEY 16378.O. 34"(E)^—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13C of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission hereby appoints the officer of Government us specified in column 2 of the Table below, as Assistant Electoral Registration Officer to assist the Electoral Registration Officer of the Parliamentary Constituency in the Union Territory of Delhi as determined by the Delimitation Commission in its Order No 40, dated 28 April, 1975 and as specified in column 1 of the, said Table against such officer in the performance of the function of such Electoral Registration Officer.
