NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 10th July 1975

S.O. 344 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Indian Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1933 (17 of 1933). the Central Government hereby directs that the Indian Wireless Telegraphy (Possession) Rules, 1965 shall extend to, and come into force In. the State of Sikkim with effect on and from the 10th day of July, 1975.
