NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th July 1975
S.O. 345(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoints the 13th July. 1975 as the date on which the pro- visions of Chapter IV (except sections 44 and 45 which have already been brought into force) and Chapters V and VI [except sub-section (1) of section 76 and sections 77, 78, 79 and 81 which have already been brought into force] of the said Act shall come into force in the following areas in the State of Andhra Pradesh namely:—
'
"The area comprising of the villages of Kodapalem and Garividi of Chipurupalli Taluk of Srikakulam District and part of Chintapallipet village of Vizianagaram Taluk of Visakhapatnam District' and bounded
North: Geddapuvalasa, Tatiguda and Kondalaxmipuram
revenue village boundaries,
East Koduru revenue village boundary. South: Duvvam and Seripeta revenue village boundaries, West: Madras to Howrah main railway line passing through Chintapallipet revenue village limits and Penbarti revenue village in Vizianagram Taluk of Visakha- patnam District".
