New Delhi, the 10th July 575
S.O 348(E)/15/IDRA/75.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (05 of 1961), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments In the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Depart- ment of Industrial Development), No. S.O. 230(E), dated the 26th May, 1975, namely:
In the said Order,—
(a) against Serial No. 1, for the word "Commission", the word "Commis- ssioner'' shall be substituted;
(b) against Serial No, 2. for the words and letters "Shri C. R. Guha Mazumdar, Secretary", the words and letter "Shri N. Ray, Deputy Secretary" shall be substituted.
