NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the \5th July 1975

G.S.R. 413(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 10E of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri M. K. Kukreja, I.A.S. as a member of the Company Law Board and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Minis- try of Finance (Department of Revenue) No G.S.R. 177 dated the 1st February, 1964, as amended from time to time.

In clause (a), for entry (2), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:—

"(2) Shri M. K. Kukreja."2. This appointment takes effect from the forenoon of the 10th July, 1975. [No. 1/18/69-Admn. I] A. CHOWDHURY. Jt. Secy. (1627)
