New Delhi, the 16th July 1975
S.O. 360(E)/18A/IDRA/75.—In exercise of the powers conferred by .Section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 608(E)/18A/IDRA/72, dated the 18th September, 1972., as amended from time to time namely:—
In the said Ord for heading "Chairman" and "Members" and the entries there- under, the following headings and entries shall be substituted, namely:—
