NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th, July 1975
SO. 367 (E).—In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 13B of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), and in supersession of its notification No. 429/A&NI/71(l), dated the 25th September, 1974, the Election Commission hereby designates, in consultation with the Government of Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, the Treasury Officer. Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Port Blair, as the Electoral Registration Officer for the Andaman and Nicobar Islands Parliamentary Constituency with effect from 10th June, 1975.
