NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st July 1975
S.O. 368(E)/lDRA/29B/75/4.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 29B of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 98 (E)/IDRA/29B/73/l dated the 16th February, 1973, namely:—
In the said notification, under the heading "Other undertakings", for item (c), the following item shall be substituted, namely:—
''(c) Existing undertakings which are registered, etc., under the Act.— If an undertaking is an existing undertaking already covered by registration, licence or permission under the said Act, (he existing investments together with the additional investments covered by approvals, permissions or licences already obtained by it and the proposed investment do not result in the total investment exceeding Rs. 5 crores."
