ORDER
S.O. 377 (E ) .In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 34 of the Defence and Internal Security of India Act , 1971 (42 of 1971 ) , the Central Gov- ernment hereby directs that the powers conferred on it by sub - rule (2 ) of rule 48 of the Defence and Internal Security of India Rules , 1971 , shall also be exercised and discharged by the authorities and the officer mentioned below: -
1. All State Governments .
2. The Chief Censor to the Government of India,
