EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi, the 24th July 1975
SUBJECT.—Scheme for licensing of Indian cotton textiles for export to France during
the licensing year ending 31M December, 1975.
No. 32-ETC(PN)/75.—Attention is invited to the Public Notice No, 25-ETC(PN)/75, dated the 1st May, 1975, on the above subject.
2. Para 1 therein is amended to read as under —
"The present scheme relates to export of all varieties of millmade cotton textiles and T-Shirts Knitted of all fibres to France during the licensing period ending 31st December. 1975".
3. In para 4(1) therein, against item ex 60 04 the words "T-Shirts Knitted" are substituted by "T-Shirts Knitted of all fibres"
4 Para 6 therein is substituted by the following para :—
"According to the agreement, imports of cotton textiles and T-Shirts Knitted of all fibres covered under 4(1) above into France will be admitted by the competent French Authorities only on presentation of the Green Certificates issued by The Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council, Bombay and its upcountry representatives, on the basis of which Authorities would issue import licences"
