EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

New Delhi, the 26tfi July 1975

S.O. 38Tf(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order. 198B, namely:—

1. This Order may be called Exports (Control) Fifteenth Amendment Order, 1978.

2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1968, in Schedule I. Part 'A' th© fol-

lowing items shall be deleted:

"50—Pure Milk Ghee".

3. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1968, Schedule I, Part 'B' after item No. 127 the following item shall be added: "128—Pure Milk Ghee". [No. E(C)O. 1975/AM(160).] B. D.
