NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 26th. July 1975

S.O. 388(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the Aluminium (Con- trol) Order, 1970, and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel and Mines (Department of Mines) number S.O. 114(E), dated the 28th February, 1975, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri V. Panchapagesan, Director, Ministry of Steel and Mines, (Department of Mines), to be the Controller of Aluminium for the purposes of the said Order.
