New Delhi, the 28th July 1975
S . O. 391(E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby further extends upto the 31st December, 1975, the period within which the Commission of Inquiry appointed by the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs by Notification No. S.O. 88(E), dated the 10th February, 1975 and whose tenure was last, extended upto the 9th August, 1975 by Notification No. S.O. 194(E), dated the 30th April, 1975, shall make its report to the Central Government.
