NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th July 1975
G.S.R. 433(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act. 1951 (61 of 1951), read with rule 11 of the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules. 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Kerala hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 1954, namely:—
1. (I) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Thirteenth Amendment Rules, 1975.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In Schedule III appended to the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 1954. under the heading "A-Posts carrying pay above the time-scale pay in the Indian Administrative Service under the State Governments" against "Kerala", for the entries in second and third columns,
"First Member, Board of Revenue—Rs. 2750/-",
