S.O. 398(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Government of Union Territories (Amendment) Act, 1975 (29 of 1975), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th day of August, 1975 us the date on which the said Act shall come into force,

I7<56 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART II -SEC. 3(ii)JS.O. 399(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to sub- section (2) of Section 1 of the Government of Union Territories Act, 1963 (20 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th day of August, 1975 as the dale on which all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force in the Union territory of Arunachal Pradesh.

S.O. 400{E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 47 of the Government of Union Territories Act, 1963 (20 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th day of August, 1975 as the date from which all revenues, all grants, all loans and all monies referred to in that sub-section and relating to the Union territory of Arunachal Pradesh shall form one Consolidated Fund to be entitled "the Consolidated Fund of the Union territory of Arunachal Pradesh".
