SUBJECT—Import Policy for Registered Exporters for the period April 1975—March 1976 {Amendment).

No. 78-ITC(PN)/75.—Attention is invited to the Import Policy for Registered Exporters as contained in the Import Trade Control Policy (Red Book—Volume II) for the period April 1975—March 1976, published under the Ministry of Commerce, Public Notice No 21-ITC(PN)/75, dated the 7th April, 1975

2. The following amendments may be made at the appropriate places indicated below . -

The following may be added at the end of clause (ix):—

The existing face value restriction of 10% against item at (b) (xil) "Sodium Hydrosulphite" may be amended to read as 2 | %.

The following remark may be added in Col. 5:—

"(3) The item "Sodium Hydrosulphite" will be allowed only

against exports ofdyed and printed fabrics."

Section II

The existing face value restriction of 5% against item at (e) "Sodium

Hydrosulphite" may be amended to read as 2 £%".
