SUBJECT.—Licensing conditions for the UK/India Capital Investment Loan, 1973, dated 24lh May, 1973.
No. 79-ITC(PN)/75.—Attention is invited to Public Notice No. 126-ITC(PN)/73, dated the 4th August, 1973 regarding terms and conditions governing issuance of import licences against UK/India Capital Investment Loan, 1973, dated 24th May, 1973,
2. The following may be deemed to have been added at the end of para V(l) of Appendix to the aforesaid Public Notice after the words "issued by Ministry of Finance" :—
''However the document at (ii) above i.e. Ocean or charter-party bill of lading or airway bill or parcel post receipt, need only mention the identification suffix and the Letter of Credit No.".

™ No. 80-ITC(PN)/75.—Attention is invited to Public Notice No. 133-ITC(PN)/74, dated the 7th September, 1974 regarding the terms and conditions governing the issuance of import licences under the UK/Inditi Capital Investment Loan, 1974, dated 27th March, 1974.
2. The following may be deemed to havc been added at the end of para V(l) of Appendix to the aforesaid Public Notice after the words '"issued by Ministry of Finance" :—
