NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 2nd August 1975

S.O. 412(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rides further to amend the Govern- ment of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely:—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) (One hundred and eleventh Amendment) Rules, 1975.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. In the Second Schedule to the Government of India (Allocation of. Business) Rules, 1961,—

(A) under the heading "MINISTRY OF COMMERCE (VANIJYA MANTRA- 1.AYA)", under the subheading "B. DEPARTMENT OF EXPORT PRO- DUCTION (NIRYAT UTPADAN VIBHAG)", in entry 6, after item (xi). the following item shall be inserted, namely: —

"(xii) The National Textile Corporation Limited."; ( 1 7 8 5) I786 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PARr II—SEC. 3(ii)] - . 1 . . _

(B) under the heading "MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND CIVIL SUPPLIES (UDYOG AUR NAGRIK POORTI MANTRALAYA)", under sub-heading "A DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT (AUDYOGIK VIKAS VIBHAG)", entry 33 shall be omitted.
