ORDER
New Delhi, the 4th August 1975
S.O. 417 (E)/ECA/2/62.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Cement (Quality Control) Order, 1962. namely:—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Cement (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 1975.
(2) It shall come into force at once,
2, In clause 2 of the Cement (Quality Control) Order, 1962.
(i) in sub-clause (a), after the words 'portland-pozzolana cement' the words "masonry cement" shall be inserted;
(ii) in sub-clause (b), after item (iii), the following item shall be inserted, namely:—
"(iv) No. IS: 3466-1967 relating to masonry cement (First Revision)".
