New Delhi, the 7th August 1975
G.S.R. 438(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-aection (2), read with clause (c) of sub-section (1), of Section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964), and sub-rules (3) and (4) of rule 3 of the Food Corporations Rules, 1965, the Central Government hereby re-appoints Shri S. R. Kaiwar to be director on the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India for a term of two years with effect from the 1st July, 1975.
