CENTRAL EXCISES
New Delhi, the 8th August 1975
G.S.R. 441(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules. 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance), No. 108/74-Central Excises, dated the 20th June, 1974, namely :—
In the Table annexed to the said notification, in Column (3),—
(i) against Serial Number 1, for the entry "Rupees six hundred and ten", the entry "Rupees three hundred and thirty-five" shall be substituted; (ii) against Serial Number 2, for the entry "Rupees one hundred and ninety-five", the entry "Rupees one hundred and thirty-five", shall be substituted;
(iii) against Serial Number 3, for the entry "Rupees two hundred and ninety-five", the entry "Rupees one hundred and fifty-five", shall be substituted.
