PUBLIC NOTICE
New Delhi, the 12th Angust 1975
S.O. 428(E).—The following modification which the Central Government proposes to make to the zoning regulations applicable to the residential plots in the Master Plan for Delhi is hereby published for public information. Any person having any objection or suggestion with respect to the proposed modification may send his objection or suggestion in writing to the Secretary, Delhi Development Authority, Delhi Vikas Bhawan, Indra- prastha Estate, New Delhi, within a period of thirty days from the date of this notice. The person making the objection or suggestion should also give his name and full address.
Modification:
For the words, "the minimum plot size for this sort of development is one acre", occurring at page 58 of the Master Plan for Delhi, the following words may be substituted, namely:—
"In respect of plot size of less than one acre, group-housing would be permitted subject to foot note (3) on page 55". as proposed for amendment vide noti- fication No. F.20(4)/75-M.P. published on 28th July, 1975 by the Delhi Development Authority, on behalf of the Central Government in the Gazette, Extraordinary under S.O. 390(E), Part II—Section 3—Subsection (ii).
The proposed modification will be available for inspection at the office of the Authority. Delhi Vikas Bhawan, Indraprastha Estate, New Delhi, on all working days, except Satur- days. within the period referred to above.
