New Delhi , the 14th August 1975
S.O. 434 (E ) . Whereas by the notified order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. 555 (E) , dated the 14th August , 1972 (hereinafter referred to as the said notified Order ) read with the notified Orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of Heavy Industry , Nos . S.O. 436( E ) , dated the 10th August , 1973 and 490 ( E ) , dated the 9th August , 1974 , the Central Government had declared that the operation of all Contracts , assurances of property , agreements , settlements , awards , standing orders or other instruments in force to which Messers , Gresaam and Craven of India (Private ) Limited , Calcutta, is a party or which maybe applicable to it immediately before the 31st day of March , 1971 , shall remain suspended for the period upto the 13th August, 1975 ;
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said notified Order should be extended by a further period;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2 ) of section 18FB of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said notified Order by a further period upto the 30th March , 1976 .
